OUR HAYNE FARM DEVELOPMENT

Welcome to our community website where you can find out more about our proposals for up to 37 new homes on land adjacent to our existing development at Hayne Farm.

The site, which was previously a working farm, is now derelict, with a number of old farm buildings in an increasing state of disrepair. The farm buildings and structures are visually unappealing, of poor quality and in poor condition; we believe that the site could be better used for new homes.

The site lies immediately adjacent to our existing Hayne Farm development. It is considered to be a logical extension, which would enable future occupants of the homes to benefit from existing access created to the local facilities in Honiton.

We submitted an outline planning application to East Devon District Council in June 2022 and East Devon planning committee resolved to grant planning permission at the end of January 2023. Full details can be viewed on the Council’s website, using the reference 22/1322/MOUT.
