Land to the south of Harepath Hill, Seaton

We have an interest in land to the south of Harepath Hill, Seaton, as shown in red in the plan below. This site is allocated for around 75 new homes in East Devon District Council’s emerging Local Plan (Policy Seat_03) and is the remaining residential part of the planned mixed-used development on the northern edge of Seaton to come forward. This wider development also comprises Land off Harepath Road (Policy Seat_05), which was granted outline planning permission for around 130 new homes and a football pitch earlier this year (on Seat_03), thereby establishing the principle of development. 

We are developing plans for around 70 new homes on this site, with access off Harepath Road, and will shortly submit an outline planning application to East Devon District Council.

Before we submit our planning application, we want to share our emerging plans with the community, We are therefore holding a public exhibition on: 

  • Wednesday 9th July 2025, from 3pm-7pm, at United Reformed Church Hall, Cross Street, Seaton, EX12 2LH.

Everyone is welcome to attend. Representatives from Baker Estates will be on hand to talk through the proposals, answer your questions and listen to your feedback.
