Furzebray Farm, South Molton

We have acquired an interest in land at Furzebray Farm, off Georgeynympton Road in South Molton, as shown in red in the plan below. Outline planning permission for up to 170 new homes on this site was granted by North Devon Council (NDC) in April 2024, and so the principle of residential development has been established. We will now be bringing forward a ‘reserved matters’ planning application, which covers the details of appearance, layout, landscaping and scale. 

Before we submit a planning application to NDC, we want to share our emerging plans with the community, We are therefore holding a public exhibition on: 

• Thursday 15th May, from 3pm to 7pm, at 1st South Molton Scout Group Hall, Southley Road, South Molton, EX36 4BP.

Everyone is welcome to attend. Representatives from Baker Estates will be on hand to talk through the proposals, answer your questions and listen to your feedback.
