Land East of Pengilly Way, Hartland

We have acquired an interest in Land east of Pengilly Way, Hartland, as shown in red in the plan below. This site already benefits from outline planning permission for up to 50 new homes, which means that the principle of development on the land has been established.  

We will shortly be submitting what is known as a ‘reserved matters’ planning application to Torridge District Council for 50 new homes on the site. A reserved matters application considers the scale, appearance, landscaping and layout of the proposals.

Before we submit our application, we are keen to share our detailed plans with the community. We will therefore be hosting a public exhibition, details of which are below. Please come along, meet the project team, learn more about what is being proposed and give us your feedback.
