Our low-density development will deliver 50 new homes, ranging in size from one-bed flats to four-bed houses, with attractive landscaping, generous gardens and parking.
30% of the new homes – i.e. 16 properties – will be affordable. That means that they will be made available either for discounted sale or affordable rent and social rent through a housing association.
Parking will be provided in excess of South Hams District Council’s standards and respectful of Malborough’s Neighbourhood Plan. To ensure there is enough parking on the development we are proposing a mixture of garages, car ports, courtyards, on-plot and on-street spaces.
