Our Proposals


We are delivering a low-density development that combines a range of houses, bungalows, chalet bungalows, with attractive landscaping, gardens and parking.

30% of the new homes will be affordable. These will be available through a housing association for either affordable rent or shared ownership; families with a local connection will be prioritised.

The primary vehicle access is situated off South Hill Road. This was approved at outline by Cornwall Council. To support our development, we will convert the approved pedestrian link into the scheme via Glebelands into a vehicle access to serve a small enclave of 12 bungalows.

This access will slightly reduce the number of vehicles needing to use South Hill Road to access the site. Vehicular access to the wider site from the Glebelands would be prohibited and secured via a dopped bollard, accessible only to emergency services.
