We will be providing 80, high-quality new homes, both open market and affordable ranging from one to four bedroom properties.
30% of the new homes – 24 properties in total – will be affordable housing, available for affordable or social rent through a housing association.
We will be providing approximately 200 parking spaces on the site, in line with North Devon Council policy. These will be provided through a combination of garages, on-plot, on-street and courtyard spaces.
When outline consent was granted, the main point of access off Roxborough Road was fixed. We will be bringing forward this access point as well as enhancing the existing footpath through the development.
