The site is allocated for residential development within the draft North Devon and Torridge Joint Local Plan. This proposed allocation recommends housing development for approximately 130 dwellings, along with appropriate infrastructure, open space and access situated off Wooda Road.
Following a number of meetings with close neighbours, Baker Estates has been progressing its proposals for the development of 107 homes on the site.
We held a public exhibition on 19th July at which we displayed the latest plans and gathered feedback from the local community. Please see a copy of the material presented at the exhibition here.
We will look to incorporate feedback where possible and appropriate. Once our plans are finalised, we will submit a reserved matters application to Torridge District Council
